The buffer unit VSP-5004 allows you to manage Intrinsically Safe VSP-512 phones and related optical / acoustic signaling devices for zone 1. The VSP-5004 barrier allows you to handle calls to a maximum of 4 other phones in the system.

It can be equipped with Zener barriers to drive optical / acoustic signaling devices suitable for zone 0.

The following barriers are also available:

• 3006200040 – VSP-5008, in order to call up to 8 phones in your system
• 3006200042 – VSP-5012, in order to call up to 12 phones in your system
• 3006200038 – VSP-5004/1, in order to call up to 4 phones in the system; equipped with 1 Zener barrier
• 3006200039 – VSP-5004/2, in order to call up to 4 phones in the system; equipped with 2 Zener barrier
